    Hi everybody Smile

First of all I would like to thank all active mbrs in Pal for their selfless contributions, ie. AP/traffic/png infos and not to mention the jokes we cracked over the last few wks.
There are voices that want to kick non-active mbrs for non-contribution, let me share my thoughts on this subject.

Thomas created Pal so that mbrs can share info n if necessary help each other out in times of danger. The forum is a platform for many newbies OTR to learn how to ply the trade, Pal is an extension to that for day to day driving. If we kick those lurkers then I feel we have defeat the purpose of creating Pal. Personally I'm fine with those not contributing, I like to practice "Pay it forward" meaning I do deeds that do not expect returns. Thanks to the forum I've learned how to ply my trade and I feel Pal is a Gd platform for me to return the favor, I do not profess I'm Gd at wat I do now but it's the little bits of here and there that makes a picture complete. So guys, practice a little more patience n have an open heart to Pal.

    SIC (sharing is caring)

I wud also like to thank all the contributors sincerely for their efforts. My contributions so far is also rather minimal…participating when traffic abit less, talkie quiet down. Also cos my tiny old phone …hard to find the button press to talk (unlike talkie can press ear piece)… Sometimes drive pass AP info board wanto report info .. ka chiu too slow…wait until reach Q vehicle stationery can report…but I forgot the info liao….hahaha.. Thks for understanding/accommodating guys. Smile

I think the best to avoid kick out is to announce your arrival at the start of the shift... and of course end of the shift So that you can stay in touch.... Ha Ha....
As for information sharing, we must be in a safety situation to post and if not safe don't post.

I think this palringo also can help to provide job opportunity for member too. Cos if there is a overlook of the Advance Booking(AB), we can seek help. Just like BCL case seeking advise/help on his AB job too tight, the mbrs in the palringo was very very active to help..(Ha ha).
So keep up the good job and I think this is a good source for all mbrs. But too be honest, the night is really very very active as compare to the day. Seems like day shift is meant for typing warrior and night is meant for talkie warrior...
    Cheersss...........

We probaby have to wait for pool to organise another round of meet ups , maybe participation will be better when everyone comes together.

Now it consists of a mix of old and new forumners , some like palringo , some find it a hassle ( example Komade).

Its all a matter of getting used to , there are other palringo groups who succeeded , why not ours?

I still remember i was still fumbling with the palringo buttons , at one time i was also voicing my frustration at the app but after toying with it longer , i can manage very well now.

As for kicking for not contributing , that will not happen. This group is not a group whereby any tom and charlie can come in. All were from the old forum , a very unique trait.

So lets all give a bit of leeway on this .

My hope for this grouping is that everyone mix well with one another. Avoid fireworks , avoid controversial issues , joke with limits , contribute more and make this place de place to be in.

    Very Happy
